Throughout 2 separate sessions, participants will learn basic, hand-building clay and glazing skills to form and create a floral dish.

After observing the natural beauty of the farm’s flower garden, we will mould and create a ceramic piece inspired by a flower that is both functional and artful.

The first session consists of the building and sculpting of the clay.

Participants will return to the farm on a later date for the second portion of the workshop which includes painting and finishing the piece with ceramic paint called glazes. These pieces will then be finished and ready to be picked up at a later date.
