Winter Night Lights brings holiday cheer to downtown Agassiz from December 1–31! Take a festive stroll along Pioneer Avenue and enjoy dazzling Christmas light displays at the Agassiz-Harrison Museum, the Historic Aberdeen building, and Pioneer Park.
In addition to the month-long light displays, visitors can enjoy two evenings of free family-friendly fun on December 12 and 13. Meet Santa Claus and the mischievous Grinch, hop aboard the holiday mini passenger train, and take part in games, face painting, and festive activities. Food trucks will be on-site, and complimentary hot chocolate will be available to help keep everyone warm.
Children aged 12 and under who live in the District of Kent, Seabird Island, Sts’ailes, Cheam First Nation, and the Village of Harrison Hot Springs will also have the opportunity to register for gifts from Santa’s Workshop.
