Working with more than 23 different whole grains on any given day, Anita’s team uses special techniques to mill, sprout, and blend the grains to maintain nutrition and quality. The mill produces ingredients for pros and hobbyists alike, including all-purpose, buckwheat, rye, pizza, and pastry flours. You can also find oats, sprouted products, pancake mixes and Certified Gluten Free flour.
Visit the in-house test kitchen, Anita’s Bread & Coffee, to sample mouth-watering sourdough breads, decadent pastries, and other baked goods made from freshly-milled flour.
