Learn the art of making fresh pasta from scratch in this hands-on, small-group class led by Chef Craig of The Chef’s Acre. Set in a cozy farm shop, the workshop covers basic dough, long noodles, and a classic carbonara sauce, with plenty of guidance and opportunity to get involved.

Ticket includes:

  • Hands-on instruction from Chef Craig
  • All ingredients for the workshop
  • The fresh pasta made during class
  • A gourmet, family-style dinner and refreshments following the class, courtesy of Chef Craig/The Chef’s Acre

Details:

  • Class size: Maximum of 8 participants
  • Minimum age: 19 years
  • Time: 6:00–9:30 pm (approx.)
  • Cost: $145 per person
  • Optional wine add-on: $35
