Cedar Cider is a farm based Cidery located in Harrison Mills, BC. We produce small batch natural ciders, using wild yeasts, barrel aging and barrel ferments to obtain complex flavours highlighting the unique qualities of the fruits. All of our product is unpasteurized and unfiltered, with no sugars or acids added. Best kept cold.
Our orchards were established to include dessert, bittersweet, and bittersharp apple varieties grown from heirloom and heritage trees. The orchards are located in Hazelmere, along the Fraser River in Agassiz, and the north Arrow Lake in British Columbia. The inspiration for natural ciders comes from a history and enjoyment of basque and west country styles from the old world.
