At Jo’s we cook the food we eat and you can be sure we eat the food we cook! Jo’s first opened in our current Chilliwack location in the spring of 2018. We started small with a menu of four sandwiches and a limited selection of imported Italian grocery items. The community loved it and over time we rummaged through our family’s recipe books to grow our menu to where it is today. Our current offering has been a family affair in the making. Before Jo’s was ever an idea, Jo had made her signature red sauce hundreds of times for her family and friends. The same is true for our meatballs – Jo’s mother’s, Nani’s, creation. Whether we’re talking about our menu or grocery items, what you’d see in-store is the same as you’d see in our home. Our growing team’s goal is to continue serving these same staple foods to a growing number of guests and friends in a casual, convenient, and friendly space.
