The park has an outdoor squash court, and a large green space with many trees for shade, as well as picnic tables. There is a wonderful playground for children.
Due to its layout and proximity to downtown Abbotsford, this park plays host to many events, including music festivals. In 2021, the local Abbotsford Farmers Market began hosting its events at this park.
