This Langley craft distillery produces small-batch spirits with quality ingredients grown right here on their 30-acre farm. The family-run micro distillery, which grows its own corn and potatoes (key distilling ingredients), pays tribute to its deep agricultural roots as a third-generation farm, proudly producing farm-to-table spirits for all to enjoy.

Visit their quaint tasting room to sample the goods (vodka, whiskey, gin, and absinthe). The signature Jackknife Gin features 14 different botanicals, while the celebratory Apotheosis Absinthe is a historic elixir infused with wormwood, anise, and fennel. The bar menu has a rotating list of fun and sippable cocktails to inspire your mixology creations: Pickle-tini, a Gin Gimlet, and the aptly named Langley Sour, to name a few. They’ll even provide you with a few quality recipes to take home and shake out on your own. Visit the vintage and gift shop to pick up spirits for your next cocktail night.
