From Clothbound Cheddar to fresh Cheese Truffles, this family-run cheese farm produces an exciting variety of products made from happy, pasture-fed cows and goats. Tucked along a quiet country road in Agassiz, the farm has been in business since 2003, and a number of their prize-winning cheeses can be found in Vancouver’s high-end restaurants today. The goat and cow cheeses are inspired by the Old World and made with traditional recipes and methods.
Stop by The Farm House shop to pick up a creamy Lady Jane, an old-fashioned Gouda, or a brie for your picnic. The first thing you’ll notice when you arrive is a herd of boisterous goats, who will greet you with a cacophony of bleats and inquisitive looks from their enclosure.
After the welcoming party ventures back to their daily routine, you can pop inside the store for handmade cheeses, small-batch cultured butter, traditional Greek style yogurt, buttermilk, and freshly bottled cow and goat milk. They also carry a curated selection of specialty products sourced from around BC, including jams, teas, chocolate, honey, gourmet crackers, and granola.
