Your ticket includes:
- Making agnolotti and bow tie pasta.
- Learning how to add colours to dye your pasta.
- Instructions on how to make a traditional aglio e olio sauce.
- Pesto 101: all the ins and outs on how to make, serve, and store at home
- PLUS: a gourmet family style dinner and refreshments after class, courtesy of Chef Craig/The Chef’s Acre
