The Abbotsford Sports Hall of Fame was created as part of the Legacy Sports Centre, which was built by the Western Canada Summer Games Society after the successful 1995 Western Canada Summer Games in Abbotsford. It is a permanent tribute honouring Abbotsford’s outstanding athletes, teams and builders of sport. Located at Abbotsford Exhibition Park.
The Agassiz-Harrison Museum & Visitor Information Centre, built in 1893, is located in one of Canada’s oldest wood Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) stations. Situated in the heart of beautiful downtown Agassiz, the facility is located at the intersection of Pioneer Avenue and Evergreen Drive on Highway 7.
The Agassiz-Harrison Museum & Visitor Information Centre is open to the public year round. Staff and volunteers are available to happily assist visitors. The Local Motive gift shop promotes locally made products and Indigenous artist merchandise.

Founded in 1989, the Alder Grove Heritage Society is the steward for the F. J. Hart Building in Aldergrove. The 1910 BC Mills building is home to the Telephone Museum and Aldergrove’s community archives.
The museum and society are run by volunteers who share an interest in preserving the local heritage and making it available for others who may want to research family and local history. The museum’s telephone collection is very extensive and features telephones throughout the years as well as other telephone-related history and objects.
Admission to the museum is by donation and the Society also has a number of local history books for sale, including The Place Between 1866-1939 and The Place Between 1940-1970, which contain the histories of many local families, businesses, schools and associations.

The purpose of the BC Farm Museum Association shall be to acquire, collect, restore, preserve, and provide a means for displaying for students and the general public those articles of farm machinery and pioneer life of a historical nature which demonstrate the trend of agricultural development in the province of British Columbia.
Known as a live performance and arts training centre, they also host live concerts and improv comedy nights in their blackbox theatre.

The Chilliwack Cultural Centre is Chilliwack’s home for artistic discovery and exploration; with two performance theatres, art galleries, 21 music studios, and four arts and craft studios, we present, champion, and celebrate creativity in all forms on the territory of the Stó:lō Coast Salish People. We aspire to be a place where all artists and audiences can pursue diverse ways of exploring the world and our place within it.
The Museum’s permanent collection started in 1958 when the Chilliwack Museum was first opened in a room in the local police station. The founders of the historical society had deep roots in the community. Brothers Oliver Wells and Casey Wells were the grandsons of A.C. Wells who settled on a farm in Sardis in 1865. As amateur historians and anthropologists, they left us with our foundation collection, biographies of early settlers, interviews with Sto:lo elders, oral histories from a wide variety of people and much more.
