The Vancouver Giants are a major junior ice hockey team playing in the Western Hockey League. Inaugurated in 2001–02, the Giants have won one President’s Cup in 2006 and one Memorial Cup in 2007 in their 13-season history.

The Abbotsford Canucks are a Canadian professional ice hockey team based in Abbotsford, British Columbia, and members of the American Hockey League. The team began play in the 2021–22 season with home games at Abbotsford Centre as the AHL affiliate of the National Hockey League’s Vancouver Canucks.
