Oxygen Yoga Chilliwack has teamed up with OYB to bring you Puppy Yoga!

Get ready to bend, brew and bark! Dive into an hour of yoga with us on April 13th and 20th from 9:30am-10:30am. Afterward, reward your efforts with a beer included with your ticket. 🧘🍻

The instructor will be Lindsay who has been teaching hot yoga and fitness classes at Oxygen Yoga Chilliwack for several years; will be leading you through class, which matches breath with movement through a series of fun and challenging yoga poses. To make this class even more fun we have puppies joining us! The class is perfect for all levels of yogis!

Classes start at 9:30am at OYB Chilliwack on our covered and heated patio and run until 10:30am, which also happens to be the start of brunch so stick around after and reward yourself for a great start to the day 🥞

Please arrive at 9:15am to get settled before the start of class.
