Oxygen Yoga Chilliwack has teamed up with OYB to bring you Yoga in the Cellar!

Get ready to bend and brew! Dive into an hour of yoga with us. Afterward, reward your efforts with a beer included with your ticket 

The instructors will be Lindsay (January 27th) and Britt (February 17th), who have been teaching hot yoga and fitness classes at Oxygen Yoga Chilliwack for several years. They will be leading you through a gentle version of the Freedom Flow class, which matches breath with movement through a series of fun and challenging yoga poses. The class is perfect for all levels of yogis!

Classes start at 9am at OYB Chilliwack and run until 10am, which also happens to be the start of brunch so stick around after and reward yourself for a great start to the day.
